Language
If the customer is registered in another country and should have documents issued in another language, you can change the customer's default language so that all documents are in English.
Discount group
When using discount groups, these can be linked to customers from the customer card. When a discount group is linked in the customer card, the customer automatically gets the chosen discount structure on their prices in orders.
Location
If you have several departments and warehouses and want the customer specifically to get parts from a particular warehouse, you can link the customer to a location so that all picking is done against the desired warehouse.
Account manager
When using an account manager on customers, the account manager is set in this field. This enables searching and filtering on customers assigned to an account manager.
