History and information

At the top of the customer card are several tabs with information about the customer's activity, such as invoices, orders and quotes. Associated individuals/objects can also be found from this tab under 'Individ'.

Lists of individuals, orders, quotes, order confirmations and invoices are clickable links.

Here you also find the customer's timeline, which shows changes made to the customer card.

For Telaris instances with Webshop enabled, 'Baskets' is also available; these are shopping carts the customer has not completed.
