Field explanations


Below is an explanation of all fields in the catalog dialog.





  1. Name: The catalog name shown in the catalog list and in product search

  2. Supplier: Supplier of the catalog, must be a valid supplier registered in Telaris

  3. Currency: Desired currency for the catalog

  4. Method: Pricing method for the products in the catalog

  5. Import format: CSV (UTF-8)

  6. Description: Description of the catalog, often used as a note field to remember the import structure of the price file

  7. Factor: Factor markup on sales prices (written as a number - 1.10 for 10%)

  8. Discount%:Discount as a percentage on sales prices

  9. Currency - Currency conversion to NOK:Option for the import to be converted to NOK in the catalog

  10. Price rounding: Option for rounding

  11. + Fixed base price (in whole kroner):The option to add a fixed base price to the purchase price
        
  12. Cost price factor:Factor on the purchase price(written as a number - 1.10 for 10%)

  13. Linked Products - Automatically update prices:The function allows automatic updating of sales prices on import. Recommended OFF.

  14. Automatic naming:Option to include size and color in the product name (on first import)

  15. Default product class:The default product class set on all products imported from the catalog

  16. Default Product Category:The default category set on all products imported from the catalog to the product list
